The whole rate card, before you apply. Nothing here is negotiated privately and nothing is hidden in the Terms.
We take between 5% and 15% depending on your fee tier. That is the whole deduction — tips are paid from a balance somebody already bought, so there is no card fee on them.
Our platform fee is the same 5%–15% by tier, plus standard card processing at cost — we take nothing on processing, we just pass through what our payment processor actually charges us to collect the payment. Because part of that cost is a flat fee per transaction, it is a bigger share of a cheaper subscription. This is the real arithmetic, not a rounded illustration:
Same shape as subscriptions — the tier percentage plus standard card processing at cost, we take nothing extra on processing — but as a one-time charge rather than a recurring one, so there is no extra recurring-billing fee on top. A cancelled ticketed event is refunded in full, including our fee. Real arithmetic on a $20.00 sale:
Off by default. Turn it on and you earn 5% from everyone you bring to the site — and 5% of your own earnings goes to whoever brought you. If nobody did, it goes to the Community Chest, which funds the monthly prize pool. Leave it off and you pay nothing and earn nothing. It works both ways or not at all.
Viewers buy tokens at 91–96 per dollar — more per dollar on a bigger purchase, since a fixed card fee bites harder on a small one — and tokens are worth 100 per dollar when you cash out. That gap is how the purchase itself gets paid for. Your balance is yours: no expiry, and withdrawal whenever you want, subject to a short hold after money arrives so a reversed payment cannot be withdrawn first.
Fee tiers are assigned per creator; everyone starts at tier 1. Card rates shown are US standard — international and Amex cards cost more to process, and we absorb that difference rather than billing you for it. Full detail is in the Terms.
