Content Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
OhHeyWow is a mainstream platform
Sexually explicit or adult content is not allowed on OhHeyWow, in any form — live streams, posts, Shorts, comments, chat, profile images, or anywhere else. This is not a content tier or a setting; it applies to every account and every piece of content on the site.
Also prohibited
- Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Hateful or harassing content directed at a person or group
- Content depicting or threatening real-world violence, or that promotes violent extremism
- Content involving minors, or that sexualizes minors in any way
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving anyone who has not consented to its distribution
- Sale, advertisement, or facilitation of cannabis, other controlled substances, tobacco, alcohol, weapons, or other regulated goods
Minors
Content involving minors, or that sexualizes minors in any way, is never allowed on OhHeyWow — in any form, no exceptions. Where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
Regulated goods
OhHeyWow is 420-friendly in culture and conversation — creators can talk about cannabis and similar topics freely. That's separate from selling anything: nothing regulated is bought, sold, shipped, or brokered on OhHeyWow. You may not use the platform to sell, advertise, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, other controlled substances, tobacco, alcohol, weapons, or other regulated goods.
How it's enforced
Anyone eligible can flag content that breaks this policy. Flagged content is reviewed by a panel of other users — not just staff — and can escalate through further review stages. Content upheld as a violation is removed. A separate admin review can also suspend or ban the account behind it, independent of what happens to any one piece of content.
Copyright
If you believe something on OhHeyWow infringes your copyright, file a notice through our DMCA form. Repeated, valid copyright notices against an account can result in that account's access being suspended or terminated.
The full legal language, including our right to remove content or restrict an account with or without notice, is in the Terms, §4 and §9.
